Job description
What you'll need:
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 years in project management, preferably in client onboarding or implementation with a focus on international clients.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in international client support.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, CRM tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt to various cultural contexts.
  • Candidate must have a personal Laptop (minimum 8 GB RAM) with high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans tailored to the unique requirements of our clients, encompassing tasks, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand regional nuances and customise our products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing remote teams and delivering virtual training sessions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for onboarding processes.
  • Stay tuned on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and identify technical issues reported by clients or team members and raise to technical team.
  • Complete any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Should be willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business demand.
